Summer Camp Time!

I’ll be working this summer at Camp Summit, a camp in North Texas for children and adults with disabilities. I’ll be running the riding program, and will have 4 horses and 2 miniature horses to play with for the summer. The camp is pretty awesome, they have horses, a ropes challenge course, swimming, fishing, arts and crafts, games, and all sorts of other wonderful camp activities. (Check out their website here.)

I’m excited as it should be an action packed summer of fun! I’ll be posting stories and photos throughout the summer. I’m also looking forward to working with the camp’s two miniature horses, who are quite spunky. (You can read here about when Midnight tried to escape several weekends ago.) They both seem quite smart, so I’ll have to see what kinds of tricks the can learn over the next couple of months!

😀 You’ll love working with the minis! They are adorable but yet so smart. You might want to check out the YouTube videos done by Peggy
