This is my current foster dog, Star. She’s a happy pup, but I know she will be even happier once she finds a forever home to call her own! Here’s more info about her, for any of you folks in the north Texas area.
June has been a whirlwind of activity so far. It’s taken me awhile to catch up on things at work, after spending almost a week in Chicago for the annual ABAI conference. And, Dr. Rosales-Ruiz and I have been pretty busy, gearing up for our HALO seminar in St. Louis, Missouri, later this month. (This seminar is going to be full of lots of great lectures and activities about shaping, cues, constructional affection, extinction, and more.)
I’ll have more on the blog in the next few weeks about this seminar and about some of the other things I’ve been working on. I have several blog posts that I’m working on at the moment that I hope you’ll find quite interesting!
Star is such a beauty even if she’s still a pup, how much more if she will grow older. She’s lucky to have you as her foster mum since I know that you would love and teach her new tricks. Thank you for telling us that she’s a happy girl and I hope that she will find someone who would give her a forever home.
