For all of you who celebrate Christmas, I hope you had a wonderful day yesterday with your family and friends! I also hope that all of your pets made the “nice list” and that Santa Paws brought then some fun new toys and treats.
One of my mom’s friends, Eva, made her a tiny felted Brittany spaniel dog. The really cool part is that it has Ginger’s markings! Isn’t it cute?
Ginger got some fun new toys, including a new antler (which we joked must have been from one of Santa’s reindeer!) and a JW caterpillar treat dispensing puzzle toy. The toy has several round pods that can be stuffed with treats. Ginger has decided that this toy is pretty much the best toy ever. I actually gave it to her as an early Christmas present at the beginning of this week. I can put a small handful of treats in the toy and it will keep her occupied for 30-45 minutes! I’ll write a full review of this toy on my blog later on, as it is a pretty fun one. If you’re interested, you can find it on amazon here.
We also went on a fun evening walk with Ginger earlier in the week to look at all of the neighborhood Christmas lights, which was lots of fun.
I hope you’ve had a lovely week! Have you done anything fun with your pets this week or did they get any cool new toys from Santa Paws? Leave a comment, I’d love to hear about your holiday week.
I actually totally spaced on getting anything for the dog from Santa. The kids asked me about it and I made up some lame excuse about why he forgot.
Santa Paws left our cat a Purr Pack. She wasn’t interested in it at all.. it would figure!
We usually always get our pets toys for Christmas. I was at a friends house the other day and she had wrapped up her pet’s presents under the tree- the dog was going crazy!
Too funny. I bet the dog could smell that those were his presents!
No toys for Baby this time around-but then she gets treats year round and toys as well!
That felted little dog is absolutely adorable! Your mom’s friend is very talented.
We always purchase toys and cookies for our dogs, they are truly a part of our family, and designer dog beds are a must. 🙂
That little felt dog is absolutely adorable! And what a clever dog toy, I’m sure ginger loves it 🙂
Got my baby a Santa costume for Christmas Day. We also went dog food shopping!
Awww looks so cute and adorable, we had one relaxing christmas with the family. Went to church spent some time with friends there then came home and i cooked then it was presents then most of us it was bed as we were knocked out as for my mum and sis they had to work. Working in hospitals sucks but oh well saving lives and all
Awwww we forgot to give our pups presents! We are so bad! lol
Our dogs like tennis balls and treats so they are easy to shop for!
I don’t have any pets but I’m hoping to get one soon. I really want a dog, just trying to convince my husband on why we need one. Hope Ginger had fun!
Oh, Ginger had a lot of fun! She loves her new toys and she always likes the holidays because everyone is home more.
Hope you are able to get a dog soon.
We have recently adopted two 10-year-old Chihuahua brothers that were turned into our local shelter to be put down. They get along great with our other two younger dogs, and we spent Christmas morning in bed cuddling and being thankful we found each other.
Aww! That’s so cool. I’m sure those two pups were very grateful to find your family!
Sounds like they had an awesome Christmas and that the rest of your family did too.
We have two cats that always get a stocking full of fun. This year’s was bags of treats and a few catnip toys. They loved them!
My friend gave my dog Max a Christmas present. It was a very mouth watering cookies that she baked. It smelled so delicious that I want to eat it as well.
Sounds like a yummy cookie!!
Hope you had a very Merry Christmas! Love the doggy pictures you shared! Thanks for sharing!
